OPENING TIME

Daily 9 am to 8 pm. Appointments are possible earlier or later in the following conditions :

For appointments from 8.00 am to 9.00 am & 8.00pm to 9.00pm a surcharge of 50% will be applied.

For appointments before 8.00 am & after 9.00pm a surcharge of 100% will be applied.

It’s advisable to book your appointment as soon as possible.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Kindly notify your therapist of any health concerns, injuries or allergies when booking a treatment.

Please let us know if you are pregnant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You are respectfully advised that full treatment cost will be incurred if less than 24 hours’ notice is given to cancel.

The company reserves the right to decline a treatment to a guest should the therapist consider it inappropriate.

Public holidays, weekends, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day, or for group appointments of 4 or more people, the Spa reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy.

Please be aware that we are unable to extend your treatment time in case of late arrival.

ARRIVAL

Clients late for their scheduled service will have the total number of minutes late deducted from their total scheduled workout time.

For example: if a client received a massage at noon but was not ready for their convenient service, their session would still end at 1:00 p.m. Or, the schedule allows, we can extend the session with a financial counterpart.

PAYMENTS

This spa accepts cash, bank or bizum transfers and gift certificates issued by LMS.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

All services, gift cards, packages, subscriptions and retail products are non-refundable.
